Terms and Conditions

These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.

1. Prices

 Non-EU customers may have to pay local taxes within their own countries when the parcel arrives. Please contact your own Postal Service or Customs Office for further information on local customs charges and policies.

2. Packaging

Each piece of jewellery will arrive packaged in protective packaging.

3. Guarantee

Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety Regulations we are not able to exchange earrings.
If the item is broken or damaged upon delivery please email us at sales@cleanandsweet.com with a photo within 3 days or reciept of item.

In the event that you should drop or break your glass jewellery, just collect the pieces and return it to us at the address below. We will do our best to reassemble and refuse it. A small charge of £6.50 will be payable via Paypal for this service which includes return postage within the UK.

Please email us first to book your item into our studio workshop.

4. Payment

We regret that your order cannot be processed until payment has been confirmed. Payment is via paypal

5. Returns

Earrings

Due to Health and Safety Regulations we are not able to accept returns of earrings except in the event that they are damaged, defective or have been sent to you in error.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or has been sent to you in error, we would appreciate it if you would inform us as soon as possible so that we can begin to sort out the problem immediately. To report a problem, please e-mail sales@cleanandsweet.com
Refund of Shipping Charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective or damaged on receipt, we will be happy to refund the shipping charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

6. Customer Service

We have always worked hard to maintain a personal relationship with our customers. In fact, we rely on your feedback to ensure that we are providing a quality service. Over the years customer comments have also helped us develop and modify our designs. If you are dissatisfied in any way or have a suggestion to make, we want to hear from you.
